The Yharnam Blood

The "curative blood" is what the remote city of Yharnam is known for. The Yharnam Blood is a panacea, with the ability to cure ills that would be otherwise impossible to recover from. An old adage from Yharnam says that "We are born of the Blood, made men by the Blood, undone by the Blood". The Yharnam blood at its most basic cures, but it can also enhance a person, make them more then human. However, the use of the Blood comes at a cost. The Yharnam Blood transforms a person, making them human no more. It is in this way the Yharnam Blood, a cure for ills, is also seemingly responsible for the Scourge of the Beast, the plague that has undone Yharnam.
